  I usually love dq and still come here but one thing that bothers me is the manager of the dq at 975 st Albert trail location... I ordered my food and something was not right ... I told the female manager and she got mad at me and took my food to kitchen and speaking to other staff on her native language.. when she brought my food back she threw it in front of me and stormed off... very rude service always from her.. everyone else is so nice but her.. if she does not like her job... than find a job that's better for your disrespectful attitude.

  Good service, quick and friendly. They have an odd practice that even if no one is in the drive-thru behind you they make you pull up to wait for food. Lately the blizzards seem to have less of the good stuff in it which is sad. Hopefully they don't continue to skimp so much.
  
  *I will add they changed the pickles. So disappointed. Won't be buying burgers there anymore.

  Never going here again, walked in and ordered a SMALL drink and MED fries and WAITED 20 MINUTES. 3 large families and a bunch of singles who sat in and had their food brought to them. They completely ignored my order. I asked for a refund and they back pedaled their priority real fast but I was already ready to leave as I was in a hurry, hence the small food. There's a reason I never eat a DQ AND it's things like this

  Worst customer service ever. Walked up last night at 9:58pm. The sign said open and was still lit. I get to the door, it's locked and then I hear a click, the sign is turned off from behind the counter on the far inside. Maybe your staff think this is a big joke, but who's laughing when you're out of business? I took my business elsewhere and don't plan to come back to people who play games like that.
