  I understand that it's a holiday.
  
  Friend and I go to eat and the dinning room is closed. Hours are until 10. No signs. No notice. Nothing. Drive thru is open but who knows! Extremely upset when we just wanted a bit from arbys.

  Had the best service from Gilbert at drive thru on Monday. It was lunch time and the service was exceptional. The atmosphere and other employees seem to mesh really well together. Great job working together and providing awesome customer experience.

  Very disappointed with how the employees deal with an emergency. When asked if they knew the address and phone number to their store, for the ambulance, everyone looked at at us dum founded. EVERY employee should know what the protocol is for an emergency!!
